Little Bad Dog

I received a call today from a very nice woman who found a little black spec running in the street today and she was calling because my number was on him. Apparently, Caesar escaped. So tonight, I'll have to walk around the backyard and figure out how he did it. I can't help but wonder, though, if Cleo double-dog dared him.
